Spring is a powerful time to pause, reflect, and intentionally change patterns that no longer serve us. The Spring Habit Reset is an 8-week group coaching experience designed to help participants reduce or pause one behavior while building daily habits that support energy, clarity, and alignment.
Participants will be guided through a structured process of reflection, accountability, and habit change while being supported by a community of peers working toward their own goals. This program is for people who are ready to make a change and want to do that work in community.
Program Structure
Participants will attend two live virtual sessions each week.
Educational Session
Tuesdays | 5:30–6:30 PM PST
These sessions will include teaching, reflection, and discussion.
Recordings will be available.
Group Coaching & Accountability Check-In
Thursdays | 12:00–12:45 PM PST
Live coaching and support.
These sessions will not be recorded.
Each participant will:
• Choose one behavior to reduce or pause for the duration of the program
• Track daily essential habits and micro-actions
• Adapt strategies throughout the program to reach personal goals
• Receive support and accountability from the group
Participants will also receive daily and monthly tracking sheets that can be customized to fit their goals.
Bonus Closing Session
Sunday May 31 | 8:00 AM PST
Participants will create a personal action plan to move intentionally into the summer and sustain the changes they have made.
Community Support
Participants will have access to a private Kajabi community where they can:
• ask questions
• share challenges and wins
• check in between sessions
• support others on the same path
Guided by a Certified Professional Coach
Naomi DuCharme is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches, Facilitator, and Workplace Wellbeing Consultant with over 20 years of leadership experience and ~4 years of sobriety.
Her work focuses on helping people align their habits, energy, and actions with the life and leadership they want to embody.
Naomi is the founder of Integrating Wellness Solutions, where she coaches individuals and organizations to build and integrate sustainable wellbeing and leadership practices.
This Program Is For People Who Are Ready! This is not a program for people on the fence about making a change. It is for people who are ready to take intentional action and want to be supported by a community while they do it.
