This challenge is designed to help you:

- Build simple, grounded practices that actually benefit you
- Feel more present and alive in your own life
- Start 2026 with intention and momentum
Included for all participants:
- Virtual Kickoff Call – December 30th at 12pm AKST
- 90-minute live sessions once per week in January with certified coaches and meditation/yoga instructorsÂ
- Virtual Celebration + 60-Day Action Planning Call – February 3rd at 4pm AKST
- Virtual Book Club – February 2nd at 4pm AKST for Dopamine Nation by Anna Lembke, MD
You’ll choose one dopamine-driven behavior like scrolling, alcohol, recreational drugs, overworking, etc. to reduce or stop for the month, while building intentional practices that support presence, energy, and wellbeing.
You'll receive curated resources, certified coaching, movement and meditation guidance, and a supportive community to keep you motivated, accountable, and inspired to retrain your brain's reward and motivation system, create healthier habits, and step into 2026 with clarity and momentum!
