Dopamine Reset | In-Person | Mondays at 6:30am Alaska
This is a 31-day community challenge to help you repattern habits that keep you on autopilot. Through coaching, movement, meditation, breathwork, and daily micro-practices, you’ll interrupt dopamine-driven loops to reduce or stop habits like scrolling, substance use, overworking, and replace them with intentional practices.
We'll have a prep meeting on Zoom, December 22nd at noon. If you can't make it, I'll send you the recording! We will meet in-person for 90-minutes, at All Life is Yoga in Eagle River, every Monday in January at 6:30am to gain tools to shift default behaviors, manage stress, build presence, and create meaningful connection.
